Job Description:

The RN in the Telemetry unit will work within a virtual integrated care nursing model to provide care to patients with conditions such as CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, and CKD, among others. The nurse is expected to read telemetry monitor strips and collaborate with charge nurses, house supervisors, and available nurse educators.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to patients in a telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio.
• Float to all med/surg units as required.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
