As a member of Life Reconcile Mental Therapy, you will interact virtually with colleagues and clients, ensuring that everyone receives the support they need in a safe and comfortable setting.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Work directly with clients presenting with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and facilitating individualized therapeutic interventions. \n
- Develop and implement integrated care plans, coordinating services that support the unique needs of each client and encouraging active participation in their recovery journey. \n
- Provide evidence-based screening, conducting assessments as necessary to guide treatment and ensure services align with each client’s preferences and needs. \n
- Engage in crisis intervention when required, employing de-escalation techniques and collaborative strategies to support clients in distress. \n
- Maintain open communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and continuity of care. \n
- Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data submission. \n
- Participate actively in team meetings and discussions aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing patient outcomes. \n
- Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources at all times. \n
Your primary focus will be on clients who experience significant mental health challenges in an under-served environment. You will engage with diverse populations, respecting and understanding different cultural backgrounds, beliefs, and interpersonal styles. - Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is required. \n
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health, preferably in a clinical or community setting. \n

- Experience working in remote healthcare settings and familiarity with telehealth practices. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
