Automotive Service Advisor

Job Description

Job Description

What if the best job you've had is the one you haven't looked for yet?

You're good at what you do. You're probably already employed. And you may not be looking for another job.

Perfect.

Endurance Auto Repair & Tire is growing, and we're looking for the kind of person who doesn't usually stay on the job market very long.

Someone who is exceptional with people , knows automotive parts, loves a fast pace, communicates with confidence, and believes a great team accomplishes more than any one person can.

You don't need to already be a Service Advisor.

You do need to be someone people trust, someone teammates can count on, and someone who wants to be great at what they do.

WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE A GOOD JOB?

You shouldn't.

Unless you've found a better opportunity.

At Endurance, we're building a company where talented people can work hard, earn well, have a life, and build a future.

You'll find:

• A locally owned company that's growing and creating opportunity.
• A team-first culture where people genuinely matter.
• Competitive compensation with the opportunity to thrive.
• Medical, dental and vision benefits.
• Retirement benefits.
• Paid time off and paid holidays.
• Training, development and room to grow.
• A company with a reputation you can be proud to represent.

Our Core Values are simple:

• TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE.
• PROFIT WITH A PURPOSE.
• PEOPLE OVER CARS.
• They're not just about how we treat customers.
• They're about how we treat each other.

MAYBE YOU WEREN'T LOOKING. THAT'S OKAY.

The right career move isn't always the one you were searching for.

If you're great with people, know automotive parts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that's growing and building something for the future , we'd like to meet you.

You don't have to be unhappy where you are.

You just have to be curious about what's possible somewhere else.

Come see what we're building at Endurance.
