Your role: As a Sales Associate your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. The Retail Sales Associate will be working on their feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, and etc… A key expectation of our team members is to continuously provide excellent customer experiences that will bring joy to their day! Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to create an excellent guest experience. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality. Receive, organize, stock, and rotate products following FIFO standards. Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 20-40 lbs. as needed. Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements, including scooping and serving products, for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in cooler, freezer, and stockroom environments.
