Bring your 2+ years of related experience and play a key role in connecting qualified professionals with families participating in the program.Details for the position:$25-$26Weekly PayFull-TimeInsurance Options (Medical, Dental, and Vision)Paid Time Off401kEssential Job FunctionsCollaborate with Financial Management Services (FMS), Independent Facilitators, regional center staff, and service providers.Recruit, screen, and place candidates in Self-Determination Program rolesCoordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new hiresServe as the main point of contact and support for families regarding staffing needsMaintain accurate records of placements, schedules, and performanceSupport payroll processing and assist with timecard managementMonitor program compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and funding requirements.Participate in community outreach and educational efforts to promote understanding of the Self-Determination Program.Foster positive relationships with clients and staff to ensure satisfactionRequirements:2+ years of Self-Determination program experienceProfessional communication and prompt follow-throughBachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systemsValid driver’s licenseBilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not requiredApply today!
