Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

Analyze performance metrics across functional areas to identify trends and recommend improvements Conduct data-driven analysis and modeling to implement strategies, best practices, and process improvements Partner with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies that simplify workflows and enhance efficiency Lead change initiatives and transformational projects from planning through implementation Manage expectations and ensure sustainable adoption of changes Monitor program performance and identify post-implementation issues Develop resolutions to optimize outcomes Provide guidance on policies, compliance, and industry best practices Build stakeholder relationships to align processes and drive continuous improvement Validate guided workflow functionality using automation and emerging technologies Inform the product enhancement roadmap through analysis of tooling outcomes, operational data, and associate feedback Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 6 months’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area; OR 2.5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area Proven expertise in process improvement and organizational change management Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven performance evaluation and trend analysis Ability to lead and execute transformational change initiatives from planning through implementation Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of business process workflows, automation, internal policies, and external regulations Experience developing actionable recommendations based on business metrics and performance insights Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and company values Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred Experience leading a cross-functional team preferred Master’s in Business preferred Six Sigma certification preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in process improvement, organizational change management, and data-driven analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
