Senior Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution. This role involves gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining product vision, and ensuring alignment with company strategy. The position focuses on driving product growth, improving customer experience, and collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams to deliver successful product launches. Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision to internal teams and external partners.
• Identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to increase market share and improve customer experience.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies aligned with company goals.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely product delivery with optimal resource use.
• Lead product launches coordinating with public relations, executives, and product teams.
• Evaluate promotional plans to maintain consistency with product strategy and messaging.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among customers and partners.
• Engage with customers directly to gather feedback and improve products and services.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Proven experience delivering Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and justification.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with external partners for assessing partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Expertise in running beta and pilot programs for early-stage products.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in public sector projects.
• Familiarity with AI-related projects.

Special Considerations:

• Role may require onsite presence for up to 5 days.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
