Food and Smoothie Cafe Manager – Lake Worth, FL

We’re looking for a hands-on manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced café environment.

This is an active leadership position. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside their team, jumping in wherever needed, and setting the standard through their own actions.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure the business runs smoothly
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members
• Create and manage employee schedules while controlling labor costs
• Maintain food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and health standards are followed
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Prepare food, bowls, smoothies, juices, and other menu items as needed
• Support the team during busy periods and help wherever needed
• Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations
• Lead by example and create a positive, productive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant, café, or food-service management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to coach employees and hold them accountable
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance
• Available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
