Packaging Operations Team Member

Join our dynamic team on the 1st shift from 7 AM to 5 PM, where you will play a crucial role in our packaging operations. We are seeking dedicated individuals to ensure our products are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare boxes for packaging.
• Package rice into boxes, adhering to established quantity and quality standards.
• Accurately label finished boxes, ensuring all labels are correctly applied.
• Stand for extended periods while performing production duties.
• Bend, stoop, and lift materials and packaged products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capability to lift and move materials as required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of safety and cleanliness standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment.
• Familiarity with labeling and packaging machinery.
