Fertitta Family College of Medicine at the University of Houston. Responsibilities Coordinate patient throughput within multiple modalities of the Radiology department. Prepare and maintain patient records for treatment/procedures. Provide reports and/or documentation needed by Radiology Administration. Minimum Qualifications Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: GED or High School diploma. Work Experience (Years and Area): Experience to include Windows based computer systems. One year clerical and/or customer service experience in a health care setting. Equipment Operated: Office equipment (Computer, fax, multiline phone, scanner). Special Requirements – Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing/Composing: Correspondence, Reports. Other Skills: Analytical, Medical Terms, Typing (wpm 35), PC, MS Word, MS Excel. Advanced Education/Advance Training: Experience with Windows based computer systems to include Epic and Radiology Information System (RIS). Work Schedule: Weekends/Flexible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
