What You'll Do

We're hiring an AV Project Manager to own the execution of our residential installations from post-sale through closeout. You'll be the person keeping engineering, procurement, field technicians, and trade partners moving in the same direction, and the primary point of contact for clients, designers, and GCs once a project is underway.

This is a high-output position. You'll be managing up to 30 active projects at any given time, spread across different phases: some in pre-construction coordination, some in rough-in, some in trim and commissioning, and some awaiting a GC's schedule. Staying on top of that volume requires someone genuinely organized, comfortable being pulled in several directions, and calm.

What You Need

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in residential AV, low-voltage systems integration, or a closely related construction trade
• Strong working knowledge of the products and platforms in our industry — control systems (Savant), lighting control and motorized shades (Lutron), distributed audio, video distribution, front-projection theaters, and structured networking
• The ability to read architectural plans, elevations, and system drawings, and to spot conflicts before they're built
• Demonstrated capacity to manage a high volume of concurrent projects without losing track of details
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll be corresponding with clients, designers, and trades who all need different things from you
• Comfort working in occupied luxury residences and active construction sites, with the professionalism that requires
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites throughout the NYC area
