Service Technician

What You’ll Do: The Residential Service Technician’s primary functions and responsibilities are that of troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing and programming existing security and site automation solutions. Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures. Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays. In the event a position is commission-based, compensation is solely based on the individual’s sales volume. This applies only to commission roles.
