Job Details Level: Senior Location: Orlando, FL 32801 Position Type: Full Time Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join TLC Engineering Solutions in Orlando. The role requires leading the department, supervising staff, mentoring both technical knowledge and career development, and managing projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Supervise staff day-to-day responsibilities and mentor in technical knowledge and career development. Lead projects from concept to completion, including coordination with multiple disciplines. Interface with clients to deliver technical excellence. Manage project team and schedule to achieve successful outcomes. Qualifications Degree in area of expertise. PE (Professional Engineer). 10+ years of experience in an A/E environment.
