Clinic DirectorThe Clinic Director works as a part of the care team and assists the Physicians and APRNs in the provision of the primary health care. The Clinic Director is responsible for the daily administrative operations of the clinic and staff. This person must be detailed oriented to ensure clinic compliance. Must be able to make decisions and be able to deal with a variety of situations or problems. Works with and has access to confidential patient information. Employee should maintain a professional image and manner in dealing with patients, families, visitors, and clinic personnel.At 1st Choice Healthcare, we embrace and practice patient-centered care and we strive to provide all of our patients with the best possible medical care. We are founded and governed by our community.Qualifications:Three to five years' experience in a clinical administration related field is preferred.Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to identify problems and recommend solutions.Makes independent judgment decisions regarding all aspects of planning and implementation of assigned responsibilities.Organizes, administers, and coordinates the work of clinic staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.Supervise and evaluate all personnel and activities at clinic site.This is a Safety Sensitive position (the use of a Medical Marijuana card is prohibited according to Act 593).
