Salary: $40.55 - $59.30 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms, film storage area, and any other areas in department.
• Administer prescribed radiation therapy to targeted areas, ensuring accurate patient positioning and parameter selection.
• Deliver treatment plans in collaboration with the physician and dosimetrist while maintaining precise treatment records.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerators, in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure high-quality image and documentation submission to PACS and maintain a clean, safe, and organized department.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiation Therapist credentialed from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Radiation Therapist credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• IEMA License, ARRT certified in Radiation Therapy required.
