We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Dispatcher to join our team.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with customers and drivers, and keep multiple calls organized throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming towing and roadside assistance calls
• Dispatch drivers efficiently based on location and priority
• Communicate with customers, drivers, police departments, motor clubs, and accounts
• Track drivers and update call statuses
• Enter accurate customer, vehicle, and tow information into the dispatch system
• Provide professional customer service by phone
• Coordinate police rotation and private-property towing calls
• Handle multiple calls and changing priorities at the same time
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork

Qualifications

• Previous towing, transportation, roadside assistance, or dispatch experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and dispatch software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of Broward and Palm Beach County area is a plus
