In-Home Caregiver

Overview SYNERGY HomeCare is an independently owned and operated national company renowned for high-quality home care, and we are we’re hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered senior care across weekdays and weekends, with a schedule of up to 30 hours per week. If you are dependable, caring, and passionate about supporting older adults, we’d love to meet you. Duties Deliver person-centered care that provides safety, dignity and meaningful engagement Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders Safely transfer clients and provide assistance with personal care needs including dressing, and toileting. Offer flexible, multi-generational support to the broader family unit, including childcare assistance Skills CNA or HHA certification is preferred but NOT required. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care. Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling. Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required (current CNA sandwich not required) Experience with children is preferred but not required.
