Your responsibilities will include: Managing and scheduling across key departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Leading initiatives to control costs and boost hotel profitability Recruiting, training, and inspiring your team to deliver first-class customer service Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Forecasting, budgeting, and contributing to financial reports Emphasizing safety procedures for the protection of all staff and guests Working to the demands of the inn to ensure operational excellence. Who We Are Looking For Ideal candidates will demonstrate a keen understanding of business operations with a background in profit and loss, budgeting, sales, and rate/yield management.
