Responsibilities Perform precise incoming and in-process inspections using standard measurement tools to verify component compliance. Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming materials to prevent quality escapes. Collaborate with the Material Review Board to determine the disposition of rejected items and ensure accurate record-keeping. Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including device history records and calibration logs, to support audit readiness. Analyze technical issues and contribute to problem-solving initiatives that improve overall production efficiency. Manage data entry and retrieval within global tracking systems to maintain real-time quality metrics. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical inspection or technical production environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high documentation standards. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks requiring visual acuity. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a medical device manufacturing environment with knowledge of ISO 13485 or FDA 21 CFR Part 820. Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers. Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software for data management.
