We're seeking a high-performing, hunter-style Regional Account Executive with a proven track record of driving new business in consultative B2B sales environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on identifying and closing new opportunities across diverse verticalsincluding government, life sciences, healthcare, technology, education, real estate, and hospitality.
The Regional Account Executive plays a key role in driving new revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing prospects through the full sales cycle. This position is essential for expanding Impec Group's (IG) presence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Success in this role depends on effective lead generation, pipeline management, close collaboration with Division Leaders, and ongoing engagement with clients. This role will focus exclusively on driving new business within Impec Group's Workforce Solutions line, with the growth potential to expand into cross selling our full suite of service lines as Workforce Solution expertise and client relationships grows.

Travel: Primarily within the Bay Area
Base Compensation: $110K-$130K annually plus Bonus
This is your shot to build something from the ground floor. You'll own new business development for our Workforce Solutions line from day one no inherited book, no legacy accounts to babysit. Crush your number here, and you'll earn the runway to cross-sell across Impec Group's full platform. If you're wired to hunt, this is your playground.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target verticals within the Workforce Solutions line.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects from first outreach through close.
- Own the full sales cycle prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders in operations, HR, and facilities roles.
- Collaborate closely with Division Leaders to align on target accounts and go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in HubSpot.
- Represent Impec Group at trade shows, client visits, and industry events to generate new leads.
