Job Description Defend clients in complex insurance defense litigation matters Handle cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, transportation, construction, premises liability, and product defects Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Take and defend depositions Participate in mediations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings Manage active files, deadlines, and client communications in a fast‑paced practice Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy, evaluation, and resolution Support trial preparation and overall case development from inception through resolution Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar 3+ years of insurance defense or related civil litigation experience Experience handling litigation matters involving bodily injury, wrongful death, transportation, construction, premises liability, or product liability is strongly preferred Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with solid judgment and attention to detail Why You Will Love Working Here You’ll join a team that values excellent legal work, professionalism, and collaboration.
