Gastroenterology Physician

We are seeking three Gastroenterologists to join a new GI hospitalist group in Palm Beach County.
One physician will serve as lead , requiring prior experience .
The role involves performing ERCPs and general GI procedures .
This is an employed position in a brand new practice with a 7 on/7 off schedule.
The position offers performance-based compensation , with a base salary expected around $400k-$450k , potentially higher with incentives.
The location provides excellent quality of life , including top schools, fine dining, professional sports, PGA golf courses, and proximity to beaches and downtown West Palm Beach.
Key qualifications include board certification in gastroenterology and experience with GI procedures .
Key duties encompass hospital-based GI care , performing procedures, and contributing to a new practice.
