Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Nocturnal Critical Care Intensivist, you will join a leading physician-facing organization committed to providing high-value, top-quality critical care across multiple dynamic hospital settings. This role offers an immersive opportunity to significantly impact patient outcomes in intensive care units, supported by robust administrative resources so you can focus on clinical excellence.

Each month you will manage complex critical care cases with strong Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support, ensuring a collaborative and efficient environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified Critical Care Intensivist with a deep commitment to adhering to the highest standards of medical ethics and customary practice. You'll possess exceptional clinical judgment, a collaborative spirit for teamwork, and a dedication to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Highlights of this Role:

• Moving to a Closed Model starting July 5, 2026

• APP support during the shift

• 14 shifts per month, with the ability to take additional shifts for additional compensation

Job Requirements

• Board-eligible/Board-certified

• Active or eligible license in the state of Utah

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care and pulmonary care principles

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

$500,000 - $550,000 /year
