Systems Engineer

Que Technology Group, Inc. , is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to work with a team of developers, QA, DevOps and system engineers to provide SDLC support for the GATEKEEPER product. The Systems Engineer will assist the building and managing GATEKEEPER product installation. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with System testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards Soft Skills: excellent oral and written communication skills - Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree for a total of 15 years.
