Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction to a small caseload of 4 students with effective needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and faculty to support inclusive practices
• Monitor, document, and report student progress toward IEP goals
• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies based on each student’s strengths and areas of growth
• Engage with families to foster strong school-home partnerships
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Participate in professional development sessions as required
