Customer Service Representative

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Bill and Rod's Appliance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Since 1963, we've been more than just an appliance store—we've been a trusted part of the community, serving our neighbors with honesty and integrity.

We're looking for someone who loves to solve problems and genuinely wants to be part of a supportive, caring team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be a true customer champion, building relationships and helping people find the solutions they need. Our team believes in supporting each other, taking ownership of our work, and serving our community.

What You'll Do:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, both in person and on the phone.

Listen to customer needs and provide helpful, clear solutions.

Assist with customer orders, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Work with your team to ensure every customer has a great experience.

What We Offer:

Location: Our Livonia, MI store.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including every Saturday. We're closed on Sundays.

Experience: None needed! We'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
