Patient Safety Attendant

Monitoring patients remotely, the full-time Patient Safety Attendant will ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at risk for falls or self-harm by identifying risks, documenting activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Key responsibilities Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being Identifying risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alerting the care team Documenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout shifts Required qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
