AmLaw Firm Seeks Midlevel Or Senior Associate Or Of CounselDirect Counsel is representing a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a midlevel or senior associate, or of counsel, to join its sophisticated Structured Transactions practice group.Locations: Chicago | New York | Philadelphia | Washington, D.C.This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with strong corporate and finance transactional experience looking to work on complex structured finance and securitization matters within a nationally recognized platform.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on sophisticated structured transactions and financing mattersWork on a variety of structured finance and securitization transactions, including:RMBSABSCLOsOther structured financing arrangementsCollaborate with clients and deal teams on transaction structuring, documentation, and executionHandle complex corporate and finance transactional matters across a broad range of industriesQualificationsMidlevel to senior-level law firm experienceStrong background in corporate and/or finance transactionsExperience with structured finance and securitization preferredRMBS, ABS, CLO, and/or financing transaction experience highly preferredExcellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skillsActive bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office of interest requiredCompensationExpected salary range in Illinois, New York, and Washington, D.C.: $225,000 – $435,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, financial, retirement, and paid leave benefits.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply through directcounsel.net with your resume, law school transcripts, and cover letter.
