Desktop Support Technician

Job Title
Location: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE: 2803 Wilbarger Street, Vernon TX
Primary Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs
- Working with end-users to resolve issues
- Providing updates to management as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site
- Warranty Dell support
- Mac experience is a plus
- Certification Requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac
Top 2 or 3 Required Skills That Candidates Must Have:
- Communications
- Hardware Break-Fix
- Installing
Work Schedule:
- M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES
- On-Call = YES
Employment Type:
- Full-time hours
- Driving Required – YES
- Travel between multiple locations during week
- Assignment Type – Contract to Hire
