Senior Financial Analyst

Sr. Financial Analyst - AppleCare Finance Sunnyvale, California, United States Corporate Functions Apple is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the AppleCare Finance team. In this role, you will provide financial leadership and decision support to cross‑functional partners, requiring strong communication skills and solid business acumen. This is a highly visible and impactful position with responsibility for financial stewardship of AppleCare distribution centers across the Americas (AMR). You will serve as the primary finance partner for Forward & Reverse Logistics within AppleCare DC operations, working closely with Logistics, Procurement, Regional Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to analyze, manage, and report on operational costs. You will develop complex financial models, perform RFQ and “what‑if” scenario analyses, and deliver actionable insights to drive cost‑effective decisions. Responsibilities This role also leads forecasting and close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial discipline across AppleCare’s DC network. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years experience in financial analysis with increasing responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field Preferred Qualifications Outstanding communication and presentation skills to various levels of the organization Solid analytical & financial modeling background Strong track record of delivering high quality work under tight deadlines Creative and curious self‑starter Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities Enthusiastic, willingness to learn new technologies, and spaces Capable of grasping essentials in unstructured complex situations Detail oriented and highly organized The ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and influence business partners Champion for continuous improvement and innovative approaches Strong Excel skills, experience with enterprise software systems (SAP) and tableau/SQL databases At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
