If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).Writing PL SQL functions and procedures to support the implementation as per the requirement of application design.Coding the output forms, Rating worksheets and Quote proposals.Creating ORACLE tables for storing the premium calculation values and user details.Analysing Java code for ACT services for fixing incidents and any other requirements.Writing transformation rules in dragon designer to transform the same values to DB2 tables.Monitoring the daily batch jobs that includes download process (data verified from DB2 tables and store them back to Oracle tables).Analysing the issues in the daily batch and solving them in a timely manner.For correcting User policies, writing SQL scripts and updating the policy object values in Oracle tables.Manage the development infrastructure, change control, configuration items and application security utilizing knowledge of information resource management. Preparing Unit test scripts, component test scripts, user test scripts and incident logs for application development. Test and document all code changes. This includes Unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, and performance testing, capacity testing and quality reviews. Perform code and design reviews to ensure that the deliverables adhere to the project guidelines and specifications using NTT DATA’s proprietary Software Quality Assurance MethodologyCommunicate with project managers as to the progress of open items and work with other developers, suppliers, other infrastructure resources as needed using knowledge of information systems infrastructure, systems development stages, systems development life cycle, project planning and control, evaluation of systems alternatives, web and GUI design, systems view, systems constraints, methodology selection. Preliminary investigation, project analysis, design tips, etc.Involved in coding, testing the Rating and UI requirements for the upgrade.Report any core issues related to Vender specific changes and co-ordinate with them and fix the issues.Identifies and implements the best coding practices to work toward minimizing defects and also supports implementation of the projects to ensure delivery.Work closely with the client and NTT DATA management to ensure the smooth functioning of the project and provide technical guidance to the team members.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
