Surgical Retina Surgeon

Location: Westlake Village, CA, 91361 Job Description We are seeking a skilled Surgical Retina Surgeon to join our team in Westlake Village, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating diseases of the retina, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal detachments. Responsibilities The Surgical Retina Surgeon will be responsible for performing surgical procedures such as vitrectomies, retinal detachments repairs, and intravitreal injections. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, as well as collaborate with other members of the ophthalmology team. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution Completion of a residency in ophthalmology Fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery Board certification in ophthalmology Licensure to practice medicine in the state of California Excellent surgical skills and hand-eye coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Eye Institute
