In this leadership role, you’ll try to drive customer acquisition, optimise marketing investments and develop innovative strategies that support Uline’s continued growth across our North American company.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead Uline's in‑house Digital Marketing team, promoting a culture of high‑performance across paid search campaign management, execution and analytics.
• Define and execute digital marketing strategies, guiding investments that maximise customer acquisition, retention and long‑term business growth.
• Drive enterprise marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders that support business goals.
• Manage key partnerships with Google, Microsoft and other paid search providers, influencing product updates, compliance initiatives and vendor agreements.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance digital marketing capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising and/or business. MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of search/internet advertising and analytics.
• 10+ years managing managers, supervisors and staff.
• Strong strategic leadership and team‑building skills, with a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
• Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).
