Part-Time Welding Instructor — Hands-On Training

East Central College hasopenings for a part-time (adjunct) Welding Instructors. The instructor is responsible for providing effective learning strategies and real-world welding experiences such as structural welding, fabrication, fitting, blueprint reading, along with multi-process welding to provide high quality welding knowledge for future students entering into the welding workforce. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: (A comparable amount of training, education or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications). Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidate should be experienced in teaching Career Technical fieldhowever, a comparable amount of training, education, certifications, or work-related experience will be considered. View adjunct faculty job description here . Adjuncts are hired on a per semester basis and are eligible to teach a maximum of 18 credit hours per calendar year and only9 credit hours per semester.
