About the Team As part of the Global Payments Network Product team, you will partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money. You will be responsible for improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms. This includes working with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs. You may work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go‑to‑Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user‑friendly payment products. Compensation Chicago, IL: $182,500 – $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $200,700 – $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 – $188,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 – $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 – $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
