Onsite IT Support Engineer - Customer Service

Kentro

Kentro is hiring an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point and Operations Monitoring across the United States, with onsite work in Aurora, CO. You will assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, and provide remote and desk-side IT support to VA staff and contractors. Qualifications include a computer science/engineering degree or 8+ years of related experience, 2+ years in IT support or sysadmin, and familiarity with AD, #J-18808-Ljbffr Kentro
