Trailer parts include but are not limited to, box and fenders, winch stands, carpeted bunks and wire harnesses.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Assembles and attaches assigned parts to the trailer frame with nuts and bolt.* Operates air impacts and wrenches.* Performs job duties within takt time.* Reads prints.* Sweeps and maintains an organized workstation.* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:*** Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:*** Ability to read and understand prints* Ability to work with a team* Capable to stand and walk the entire shift* Able to perform physical/manual labor**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:*** N/A**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Lifting up to 50 lbs.* Straight pulling* Pushing* Repeated bending* Reaching over shoulders* Use of fingers* Both hands required* Walking* Standing* Kneeling* Repeated stretching* Specific visual requirements* Ability to distinguish basic colors* Ability to distinguish shades of color* Hearing (aid permitted)**WORK ENVIRONMENT:*** Outside and inside* Extreme heat* Extreme humidity* Extreme noise, intermittent* Dust* Fumes, smoke, or gasses* Solvents (degreasing agents)* Slippery or uneven walking surfaces**INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT**:* Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures.
