Assistant Manager

Mega Thrift is seeking an accountable Assistant Store Manager to assist our Store Manager accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Assisting the Store Manager in all departments including warehouse, Sales Floor, Fitting Rooms, and Cashier Staff. Opening and/or closing store. Hanging/placing merchandise on the sales floor. Store promotions. Requirements Experience with visual merchandising is a must. Availability to work evenings up until 11 PM as well as availability on weekends. Previous retail clothing experience. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Will push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. Will stand for 6 to 8 hours per day. 18 years of age. GED or equivalent to high school graduate. Supervisory Responsibilities Cashier and Production staff. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6-8 hours per shift.
