Youth Soccer Coach (2–8 yr old Children) Location: Oahu | Pay: $21–$27 per hour (part-time) Benefits Company parties Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training and development Overview Soccer Shots on Oahu introduces soccer to children ages 2–8 in preschools across the island. Coaches build confidence through character development while delivering short, engaging sessions that make soccer a highlight of each child’s week. We provide all training, equipment, and curriculum materials. Responsibilities Coach classes Monday–Friday in preschools and Saturdays at park programs (30–45 minute sessions). Prepare lessons, set up equipment, and manage the classroom environment. Teach basic soccer skills, game concepts, and teamwork principles suitable for young children. Maintain a safe, positive atmosphere and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Essential Qualifications Availability: Minimum of 3 weekday mornings or afternoons, plus Saturday and/or Sunday mornings (9:00 am–12:00 pm). Commitment: Willingness to work at least one year to provide consistent coaching. Personality: Fun, silly, patient, and genuinely enjoy teaching young children. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check passed. TB test results if required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children, particularly ages 2–8. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Previous teaching or coaching experience.
