Commercial Construction Project Manager Join Our Team as a Commercial Construction Project Manager Lexington, Kentucky Trace Creek is seeking an experienced and results driven Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage on-site commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities This is an on-site position, could be multiple locations within the region. Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel. Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that may impact cost, quality, or schedule. Review contracts, project documents, and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and quality requirements. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls. Oversee project closeout activities and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering commercial projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Education A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is strongly preferred. Candidates with a degree in Engineering or Architecture will also be given strong consideration.
