Physical Therapist (DPT) – Outpatient Orthopedics / Sports Physical Therapy FX Physical Therapy | Waugh Chapel, MD | Full-Time Description FX Physical Therapy is transforming traditional Physical Therapy treatment models with a 1‑on‑1 approach to care. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy provide intentional manual therapy, personalized treatment, and relationship‑driven care to empower patients to perform better and live pain‑free. We are looking for a compassionate, forward‑thinking Sports Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and creating effective treatment plans. This role supports patients by delivering high‑quality outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy within a collaborative environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient Provide individual care in 45‑minute sessions with exceptional quality Communicate and coordinate with physicians to ensure consistent care Apply independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations Evaluate and report on patient progress while maintaining accurate records Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations Complete at least 30 hours of continuing education every two years Qualifications and Skills Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Professional PT experience, especially with sports injuries Valid Maryland Physical Therapist license Strong work ethic and dedication to patient success Basic computer skills CPR and first aid certification required Compensation Salary: $78,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr FX Physical Therapy
