Pay: $19/hour + travel stipend

Overview: We are seeking an Event Staffing Manager to serve as the on-site lead for our team at a premier Greenville, NC convention center. This role ensures all staff meet service standards, while serving as the key liaison with venue leadership.

Qualifications:

3+ years hospitality or event leadership experience
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Proven ability to manage 10-20 staff in high-pressure settings
Professional presence and flexible availability
