About the Role: As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing detailed financial models, and preparing comprehensive reports that inform business planning and investment decisions. Your insights will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to optimize company performance and growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and corporate finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant). Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems. Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools and techniques. Previous experience working in a corporate finance or business administration environment. Support the preparation of financial plans and corporate finance initiatives, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
