A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging kitchen culture for your team members A drive for continuous growth, with an active openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship Drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs The ability to legally work in the United States Earls is an equal opportunity employer.
