Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Cardio/Medical-Surgical – Georgia

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Rotating schedule includes every other weekend. Holiday expectations include 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).

Highlights:

• Acute Cardio/Medical-Surgical unit specializing in cardiovascular patient care
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required in the specialty
• Night shift rotation with structured weekend coverage
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale
• Contract begins September 2026
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Cardio or Medical-Surgical experience
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Availability to work rotating nights, weekends, and designated holidays
