Support and train Memory Care staff, including scheduling and daily oversight. Help with assessments and updates to resident care plans. Partner with Life Enrichment to plan and deliver meaningful activities. Maintain a safe, engaging, and homelike Memory Care environment. Communicate with families, providers, and staff to support resident needs. Participate in audits, surveys, and community training. Assist with managing supplies, dining experience, and program resources. Perform other duties as needed. What You’ll Need: Must be 18 years or older. Active PA Nursing License, preferred; however, relevant dementia or memory‑care practitioner experience may be accepted in lieu of a license. Clinical leadership experience, preferred. Experience working with dementia residents, required. State-required certification or license; dementia certification, preferred. First Aid/CPR certification, required (or ability to obtain). Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours and meet physical requirements.
