We're looking for a compassionate, dependable CNA to join our home health team and provide hands-on care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. What you'll do Provide personal care in the client's home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting Assist with mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers Take and record vital signs and report any changes in a client's condition to the nursing team Follow each client's individualized care plan and support their comfort, dignity, and independence Keep the home environment clean and safe by following infection control and hygiene protocols Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the nurse, family, and care team What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain it upon hire Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance Experience in home health preferred Ability to pass a background check A caring, patient, and reliable heart for the people we serve Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus and helps us serve our RGV families well. #J-18808-Ljbffr Only Love Home Care
