Job Responsibilities

• Conduct office consultations for 2-4 days each month.
• Perform ASC procedures for 2-4 days monthly.
• Manage up to 25 patients in both an ambulatory surgery center and office environment.
• Administer epidurals, facet injections, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), and regenerative medicine.
• Obtain necessary hospital privileges.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $300.00 to $400.00.
