Role Description The Concierge is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester Hills, MI, responsible for being the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and families. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, managing inquiries, and supporting receptionist duties such as directing calls and maintaining a welcoming front desk area. The role also involves coordinating concierge services, handling reservations for community amenities or events, and providing accurate information about services, schedules, and local resources. The Concierge helps support resident satisfaction by delivering professional, attentive customer service and collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive experience throughout the community. This position requires consistent on-site presence and availability during assigned shifts. Qualifications Ability to provide high-quality concierge services, including assisting with resident and guest requests and coordinating reservations and appointments. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, team members, and visitors in person and over the phone. Experience with receptionist duties such as greeting guests, managing a multi-line phone system, and maintaining organized front desk operations. Proven customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism in a senior living or hospitality setting. Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling tools, and office software; ability to learn community-specific systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in senior living, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Rochester Hills, MI, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed, and to adhere to all safety and confidentiality standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
