- PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS ' PAID TAX PREPARATION EXPERIENCE USING A TAX PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF A MINIMUM OF 75 TAX RETURNS PREPARED FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF TAX PREPARATION, (PERSONAL RETURNS, SELF-EMPLOYMENT, STOCKS & INVESTMENTS, LLC, RENTAL PROPERTIES, INCLUDING EXPENSES
- KNOWLEDGE OF TAX LAWS, EXPENSES, AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS A PLUS.
- EXCEL , WINDOWS AND COMPUTER TECH SAVVY
- HIGH LEVEL VERBAL , GRAMMATICAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY, INCLUDING NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
- BILINGUAL PROFICIENCY IN SPANISH IS A HUGE ASSET , READING, WRITING AND SPEAKING
